NP. I was watching for this all weekend as I want to start doing the wireless tether. Then I stumbled across another thread showing how to do it without a root.
Now I am not so certain I want the root, but I probably will just because.

Wow, thanks for posting this! I just checked like earlier this morning before I went to bed and there was no update. Then I come here, and there's a update. So happy! Hopefully we'll get the fix either today or tomorrow.

Look for the slacker app, if you see it then you have the November ota

Exactly, I'm sure they have family they would like to spend the Holidays with too, just like everyone else.
Plus, if you read the tweets the unrevoked team put up as well, seems to me they are also doing exams. So that can take up time as well.

I saw that update on Twitter earlier today...I have no idea what it means, other than that they are up late working hard to get us root. Thanks unrevoked team!
If you want to save the wait and try it yourselves, I wrote up a very thorough extensive article on how to obtain root and S-OFF in spite of the Nov OTA.
