The guy posted it works now. He had to uninstall and reinstall.

rename the file to just "update"

I got an "E: cant open /cache/recovery/command"

But its still doing something, and now just rebooting after it told me too.

Success! So far I've only had to reinstall Swype. Everything sort of looks the same, may have the placebo "snappier" effect going on, but things do seem a little faster (for example, the apps list opens instantly). 3G font is different, and the new Android in the call screen made me chuckle.
