Root oh man... Not good - need some advice, please

Hello all. I ahve been running Myn's Warm2Point2 RLS5 pretty much since it came out, with RLS4 before that. So I decided to give Warm Z a try and I made a backup of everything. I flashed the ROM to Warm Z and was about 70% done setting it back up when the phone rebooted on it's on. I didn't think too much about it, but when it rebooted 3 more times in the course of 30 mins, I decided to just go back to my backup of RLS5. Now that is rebooting as well.
Step I have done:

1. full factory reset
2. wipe davik
3. full wipe and then restore of backup
4. full wipe and then install of new Warm Z

I am still seeing the phone just randomly reboot about 1x an hour.

ANY SUGGESTIONS???

use this Calkulin\'s_FORMAT_ALL.zip and reflash z or restore your back up.

it is supposed to do pretty good job of doing a clean wipe. i have been using now for awhile and have never had any problems with it.
