Yes I always check it, flash something you shouldn't and it can cause a headache to get it fixed.

I am running Thunderbread 2.5 for the moment, I personally have never like CM, I will likely flash OMFGB today or tomorrow, been over 24 hours since I flashed a rom so I am going into withdrawls.

how do i get the market to automatically download all my apps? i skipped that step in the set up

Open the market, accept the terms and go to my downloads and they should start downloading

You need to delete the PG05IMG.zip file from your sd card, then you can boot into the bootloader and choose recovery to flash the new rom

havent flashed 1.6.1yet but been having issues with 1.5.2 with battery usage my maps jave been running all day and i try to close it but it keeps running

That is odd that maps is trying to run all the time, is it actually showing up on your battery use or is it just a process with the built in task manager?
