Root Oh NO...I need help!

Long story short... Did a "phone swap" on my account with another phone that was on my account. The bad thing is to get my phone # back and working, the girl at Sprint had to do a "update profile" and naturally because my phone is rooted, which she did not notice, my profile can not be updated.
Which in short means, I can not make or receive calls!
I used the one click root. What's the fix? (if there is one!)

Strange, I've never had trouble updating the profile when rooted. What mod are you using?
