Remember those days back during Froyo Liberty when our battery life sucked? And then good ol' kejar released a battery fix? Well it turns out he was just trolling us and the only reason our batteries lasted so much longer was because we calibrated them. So it goes to show, if your battery life sucks, recalibrate it and see what happens.

He did well in proving a point. I'm sure the lack of calibration is a large part of the reason people are reporting not-so-good battery life on CM7. When you flash a new ROM every night your phone never gets the chance to adjust!

thats hilarious in all honesty...i think its absolutely great that the Liberty Battery fix that everyone raved about changed absolutely NOTHING...

personally i do watch my battery like a hawk...and i do not like the way that Android does in many ways seem to do a poor job of managing a battery...but its not something i really complain about...like he said...powerful phone 4.3" screen...bound to burn battery...

though i will say that something is up when people have massive battery drains while the phone is idle...or more importantly SHOULD be idle...but isn't...
