Root Ok, I'm stumped.

Hey all, I have a issue that has stumped for the past three weeks.

First off;
Phone: HTC Desire(CDMA)
ROM: Oxygen 2.2
Other: cMTD 80/5/rest

Ok, so when I first install the ROM, everything works. But whenever I reboot, or power down and then try to start back up, it hangs on the HTC boot screen. Ideas?

Just Switched to this to and i dont have the problem but i switched to Thalamus Custom Bravoc kernel so try that and hopefully the problem will go away

Yep, I'm wiping data/cache/system between reinstalls, no app/setting restores, and I'm clearing the Dalvik Cache. So far removing the 10apps2sd script appears to have worked. @Xreo, none else appears to be having this issue, so I would certainly recommend using 2.2. I have had noticeably speed improvements over 2.1.

someone else reported this odd problem with a gsm desire some time ago
think its to do with corrupt ext

you could try using gparted to kill the partition tables, format the sdcard and repartition it
