I see the question about how I got it to work was already. It was unselecting Fancy Animations in Spare Parts. I'll shut up and go away now. Hard for me to do, right?

"Window animations" kills it. Only thing you can really change is "Transition Animations" to a different speed. If you have "Fancy" anything checked, it resets after the screen is turned on.

Is this under menu/settings/dispaly/Animation? I only have No Animations and All Animations for options.

yeah i didnt change anything. I just downloaded and installed it like like any other .zip in CWR and bammo I'm a happy man

I am trying to do this manually but I can't seem to decompress the framework-res.apk file. I am using the apkmanager and I dragged the moto-res.apk into the script as the dependee but it says it's not the dependee of framework-res.apk. Any thoughts?

If you download the Spare Parts app off the market, it gives you more options for animation speeds. You can set animations to fast, very fast, normal, slow, very slow, or off.

I figured out my problem.. Bootstrap only works on GB with D2 bootloader... Love this mod now that I have it!

Its really easy to do.it manually. Didn't know there was a zip to make it easy. Just decompile framework-res.apk navigate to open the values folder. In books.xml change the value to false. And recompile it.

Well you can but you have to find the hidden touch panel buttons. Want some fun? Tell a kid to go find the power button or volume button on a Samsung LCD TV.
