Root once rooted can i remove the superuser file and the any PC36IMG files or do need to save them?

Yes, once you have used them you can take them off ur card.

have to take the pc36 one off, actually, or it will try to run every time you go in to recovery.

Ya I would take them off. Because every time u go into the bootloade it will try to do a pc36 update this and that gets irritating after a while

also anytime after you flash something that file that is on your card can also be removed or deleted as well.
