Root One Click Root for Metro PCS

Does this method unlock the bootloader? Also, will it work with the Metro Update 20e?

Has anyone had any issues with this method since November 2013?

This doesn't unlock the bootloader. And as far as I know, the update will un-root the phone so you will have to re-root.

is there a way to remove chinese app completely from phone?.my phone is no longer rooted but cant get rid of app even after factory reset.

If the OS app manager doesn't let you remove it, you may have to root again, then manually remove the app.

After months of asking and searching your search is over ONE CLICK ROOT IS HERE ROOT
DOWNLOAD THE ROOT FILE TO PC AND PLUG UP YOUR PHONE THEN CLICK WHEN ASK TO BACK RESTORE ALLOW IT AND THEN YOUR ROOTED WAH-LAHHHHH

I found they have an english version of this root as well. English ONE CLICK ROOT is HERE

Hope this helps those that were having difficulty with the original chinese version :)

i had to disable norton and the phishing and malware settings on chrome to get this, it better work lol

It will work... but because of the root exploit, modified dll's and etc... It will be detected as malware or malicious software.
This is very common with rooting programs. You can also use Cydia Impactor if you have a PC. The root process is just as easy but is done through your PC instead of a One Click Root on the device.

Yes it did work, unfortunately my wifes phone started spazing out hours later on the home screen so i had to unroot it. Not going to use vroot again

I'm trying to run this (now called iRoot) but all I'm getting is "Usb Debuging-Mode is not open!" when it is very clearly checked within Developer Options.
