If that is what you got as a replacement, I would be sending it back.

I would have called them as soon as the package was opened and told them (vm) about it right away.

This is uncalled for. (if it was sent this way)

I have had a couple people PM me about it, and I can say that there was a legitimate reason for it. I think there might be a bit of a misunderstanding involved as well. He is in contact with Phases and they will sort it out. I am not directly involved in what happened and I don't have all the details. If he comes back be happy, if not understand that although you may not know why, there is a reason.

It is probably best not to post about it on the boards. If you want to voice your opinion more shoot me a PM. I will be as helpful as possible.
