Root Open rom test

I lied, the update just popped up. I think its when you start the setup manager. I don't have service at my house so I rely on wifi so I close that out connect then start it, when it started up the system update notification came up.
 
i delted most apps that did not work and im at 98 mbs on internal storage but a no go on wifi and everything else seems to work we just need stock gingerbread launcher cause no one needs mobile id
 
I got boot animation working, and fixed the build.prop. I also reverted a bunch of changes to ZV4 in terms of files, which I think is what broke the wifi.

I suspect when I swapped the build prop I broke it, so this next one goes back to ZV4 files for the moment. The biggest thing about ZV5 is the radio, the files aren't such a big deal, I suspect.

I may have to redo a bunch to get all of ZV5 working, but shouldn't be too bad to do since we have most of the hard work done. The most likely option will be I get Harmonia going as a 2.0 build. Then later I can redo the ZV5 system, and release it as 2.1, as well as release stock and Aeneas at that time with ZV5.



I need a break, but give this a try.

What is mobile ID anyhow?

If anyone can find a working GB launcher post it up. I will look when I get back, shouldn't be too difficult to find.

Harmonia is always stripped.
However, the stock and Aeneas roms will both have everything stock came with. You can either pull from one of those, or just use one of those.

The problem with no file explorer is that with no wifi and very little 3G I can't get a file explorer and thus can't install anything.
 
Man this is getting so excited the OE I my second phone (bricked the V using metamorhp) and I've never gotten to flash a new ROM and we're getting so close to get working ones!!! :) :)

My /system is not completely stock since I moved some regular apps into /system/app (I think just Holo Launcher, Holo Locker, Visual Voicemail), but otherwise I think it's stock.

That works, apps isn't as much of a concern as the other things anyhow.
