If it were the cwm doing it, then I don't think it would restore wifi when you restored your nandroid backups.
Ah. Missed that. Good point, Mr. Pune.

All files needed are in System folder. It has been checked and rechecked several times. And we do know for certain that this is an issue with Harmonia, not with the ROM flashing process of CWM?
Leslie: Try starting with Stock, and working down to current-build Harmonia, five changes per build release for testing. See which set of changes breaks Wifi along the way down to where Harmonia is now. From there, you can narrow it further.
It now goes back to saying it needs to update the binary and then fails, same as it has done on all but one previous builds. This may fix Su.
Still trying to obtain my IP address. Has anyone had any luck using open wifi?Still no progress on wifi and frankly, I'm out of ideas.
Wiped cache/dalvik and restored boot.Better idea, someone install the rom, then restore Boot.

Rebooting.
Still sitting on obtaining IP address.
No wifi, supersu wants to update then fails. Screen shots in a sec. The boot sound was a surprise, for me and my sleeping wife.Secific tests, wifi and su.
Finally got ZV5 installed.
I pretty sure I can fix SU, it's just a matter of messing with it. The wifi has me stumped though. Now that I can get a recovery installed, that will make it easier though.
I tried, but without wifi Ministro II fails to update it's libs for poot to run. Maybe someone with better 3G will has more luck.try using poot on it ad a temp fix.

How???
I sleep mornings and work afternoon/nights.Sounds good. Get some sleep tho!
in case its of any use, on the stock deodexed sense ROM for a one v,the creator added superuser which failed to update and gain root properly. I had to leave it the unupdated version or remove the stock ROM install and use an available root method in order to update su binary and keep root. I had root on install of ROM but couldn't update. it would fail. try using poot on it ad a temp fix.
That is just downright mean. LOLI have Bluetooth and WiFi working.
Woot!
I've got root working now too.
Me too, usually.I sleep mornings and work afternoon/nights
I'm pretty sure this is down to a symlink error as is the other issues we are seeing.

I've got root working now too.
EDIT: I redid the updater-script, added some things to it, that fixed WiFi and Bluetooth
For root, I created a CWM-flashable ZIP to install the SuperSU app and su binary.
ALRIGHT!! awesome job my friend
