I am sure this has been beaten to death here, but I can't decipher the real answer with all the different posts, so I will just try and ask this the best way I can.
Yesterday, I ran Mobile Network all day with a good amount of uses on the phone. I unplugged my phone in the morning at 6:15 and when I got home from work at 4:30, I had 43% left on the battery. Definitely acceptable to me. Ended up with 9% on it at 11:00 last night. I have no problem with that usage. Seems decent enough for how much I was messing with it during the day.
Now today, i have tried to use the Wi-Fi. I seem to be dropping quicker with it on. I don't obviously know for sure since it is early, but I am down to 90% from the same times on and it seems like that is faster.
My question is this.
Is it ok in everyones thoughts to have both Wi-Fi and Mobile Network on together? (if I also have Enable mobile Network Always on OFF and I have my Wi-Fi not searching for new Wi-Fi connections). My Wi-FI at work and home are remembered, so I have no need to search. This seems to me that during work, Wi-fi would be in use saving battery, when I get in car to go home, Mobile Netwrok would take over, and when I get in the house, Wi-Fi would kick back in. Thus not losing signal and draining any battery??
Good or Bad???? Thanks for looking and reading a long post.
