Root Optimum App and Evo 4g

I tried downloading the Optimum App on my EVO 4G and got a message that said: This App will not work on your HTC PC3600.

On the Optimum website

Thanks, Notice the one phone has PH44100 listed next to the name. The Evo LTE just says EVO.
