Help optimus m black screen fastboot mode

okay so i did sumthing stupid and used rom manager idk y and backed up and my phone rebooted and now its just stuck on a black screen that says fastboot mode some one please help me pleasee
 
Yea same thing with me,it shows this with a black screen behind it and the buttons don't do squat.

Fastboot mode started
gpio_i2c: invalid khz: 0
bl: i2c write error
udc_start()
 
Rooted fone deeleted home selector ans some other apps den did recovery reboot den turn on fone only black home screen shows plz help :(
 
After rooting the phone i removed some apps that were from metro. now just the other day i caught a blond moment and decided to reset the phone to its default settings totally forgetting to reinstall the backed up apps that i removed. now all i get in its place is a black screen that reads.

Fastboot mode started
udc_Start()

now i see some one obtained assistance but i believed it was a pm now is it possible for some one to share this cause i could really use this help

I do not know what to do... I have an Lg optimus m, and after reading alot of the posts i realised that i should not used clockword on my optimus..

I used that clockwork thing & now i cant use my phone. Someone told me that my phone was not bricked and that it could come off, but basically everytime i turn my phone on, It goes to lg then straight to the

It wont come off and when i do the factory reset (hold down volume up, back button, camera, power button) it just says lg the whole intire time.

What should i do? Im not a techy. So can you go step by step when you give me the instructions... Thank you!!
 
I got the black screen:

I tried using the LGNPST, but it does not recognize the phone.

Do you have any suggestions?

Suggestion....download android sdk tools. (Google it if ya don't have it)
Now... open adb and type the following
adb fastboot continue
....if that doesn't work then you may have a paperweight. My first optimus died that way which is why I recommend insurance and a general ability to lie to metro pcs.
