I've got a fix for this, happens to me everyone once in a while. it gets stuck at "ANDROID" and never loads, or sometimes if you leave it long enough you can head a notification sound like it's running in the background but the splash screen is still there.
All i did was call my phone, and it got past it lol...
But other times, I just took out my battery when it got stuck, took out the sd, booted without the sd, then put it back in and re-mounted.
I figured it was something like windows checkdisk running in the bg.
