Root Optimus V gaming with overclock...

Okay, so, tried the Backside ROM as well as your recovery, Andy, and the same black screen problem occured again.
Would you have any other possible solutions?

I'm going to have to jump back and forth between threads. Is your black screen in the recovery and the ROM?
 
I'm having a hard time understanding why your phone is still giving you a black screen. You have a ROM and recovery that will work on any screen version? Try seeing if you can see you recovery screen on your PC using the procedure outlined here The Truth About ROM Manager
