Root Optimus V, rooted, running CyanogenMod 7

Go to where your downloads folder. Find the downloaded drivers and left click on it. It will pop up a install window. Follow directions.
After the install of the drivers restart the PC.
 
Oh.............. oh my gosh, for some reason, I was trying to figure out how to install it on the phone.... :o
