Orange Rom - Textflow locked out

Sorry if this is a repost, but can anyone confirm if this function is missing from the Orange branded Rom.

(The text justification function whilst zooming in to pages.)

It seems to work okay for me using the Internet browser and I've got the Orange ROM.

Sorry to pester,

Is there a setting to enable this, or should it be automatic?
Do you know of a file / website / etc that i can view to ensure mine is functioning correctly.

Its auto. try this from your browser Android Phone

Pinch zoom and you will see the text resize to view.
