Not true. Never heard a word from O2 about my usage in the last 18months. I was streaming music every day and even used the phone as a modem for my laptop
That supports my anecdotal evidence. They seem to be relaxed.

I think it was 150, then options 12222, its the billing queries number anyway.
I use ~4GB/mo* - they've never said anything and I hardly pay them anything for it! (O2, like everyone else, have a 'fair usage' - but it's not advertised. I've seen people cut off for 600mb usage before. And they'll cut you off quicker if you're using streaming.
woohoo!!!
I did this
Spoke to a very nice guy from the UK, explained that I need more data as its currently not enough and I have to watch that I don't go over my limit because the charges were so high for going over. He said he could upgrade me to the unlimited plan which is unlimited and has no cap. I asked him again to confirm that there is no cap I need to continue to monitor and he said no.
While he was adding it to my account he told me a story about how he was charged
I originally got given 500mb i used the old ive been a loyal customer etc etc and they said ok we will give you unlimited, just ask and youll be surprised how much they will give in to you
Check your account online it will be there in writing.
I had mine changed from 500 to one 1gb and it now shows that on my account.
When I had the 500mb, it showed this in my "view the balance of your bundles", and how much i had used. There is nothing in there relating to mobile internet anymore.
Where it lists my bundles, it shows Unltd Mobile Internet. There is no cap mentioned. So I guess Orange finally realised that theres no point having the widest 3G coverage no one can use it.
Anyway, really impressed with orange and the customer service rep too.
So I really can't handle this 500mb limit I have with Orange UK. I had a look at the site to see my options, and this page shows that there is a 1GB available for pay monthly users, double what I have now which would be fantastic (however still not enough I fear)
I'm currently paying
I'm fairly confused here - are you saying orange no longer have a cap? 0_o, or is it just a deal for you?
