Help Organizing App Drawer

I've had my galaxy tab for about a week now, and giving it to my fiancee when the wifi version of the xoom comes out, BUT I am wondering how you alphabatize the app drawer?

I've got a samsung Epic, and you just edit, then set it to A-Z ... but there's no option in the app drawer here...

Just curious if I'm the only one with this issue.

I can't help with that, but just want to suggest an alternative launcher like launcher pro or adw. If you haven't tried wither might be worth it, much better than the stock samsung launcher.
