I don't think they have released any pic of the body yet. Although there have been reports that they have done DNA testing, which turned up positive (which may or may not do anything for some that want to see the body anyways haha)
 
the pics that i have seen are just of his head/shoulders, and the bullet hole above his eye is clearly visible. google image search usama bin laden death pic and start scrolling down

most likely no american news agencies will show the picture, its a little graphic

The ones I've seen look like very bad (or good, but still obvious chops) photoshop jobs.

Edit: I don't think it'd be possible for pics to be out considering this was a military operation; so the only people there or anyone that has knowledge of the location they are at (during the raid) are militants. There would be no news agency within range, and I doubt they'd keep the body out for them to start snapping away photos.
 
true, when i first saw it i didnt really believe it, and even now, i think that there could be better pictures of it, but given the situation, i firmly believe that that pic is enough evidence
 
Can you PM me the pic you are seeing? The only pic I saw with the bullethole to the head looked like a bad pchop.

The only one I've seen is the one I showed a friend who's "in the business" and he said it was a fake...I asked if he's seen a real one, he wouldn't confirm.

Comments like these really agitate me...While obama is busy campaigning for his 2nd term the real people that took out obama were busy risking their lives out there. Have respect for those people. Not the two faced politicians that are trying as hard as possible to keep their own neck safe.

It's kinda bad logic to assume that just because it happened in less years he had anything to do with it. Case in point. Statistics. John flips a coin 3 times and it lands on heads, joe flips it once and it lands on tails. Did joe have anything to do with the outcome, mostlikely not.

Like I said earlier, lets put political differences aside this time. This thread is not for arguing - we have the politics forum for that. Lets keep this thread positive, insightful, and celebratory. We are all American, no point in choosing sides when the real enemy is Terrorism

Osama knew he would die sooner or later.

That's the ugly truth about war, nobody wins in the end.

This won't stop the war, or drop gas prices, or bring more jobs. People will likely forget in a week.

Don't mean to be blunt, but thats the truth and you all know it.

It was all about finding Osama, so those people didn't die in vain. Yeah, the reason kind of faded down with this recession thing...but this is the main reason.
 
since this is actually a very serious debate we shouldnt talk about it here, if you want to talk about it go to the lounge and post a thread there, but we should continue with the +1 to military and stuff like that.
