Osama Bin Laden is DEAD!!!

yeah.. i agree.. it has me wondering.. why??? just Why?

if they knew he has been there for many months

they go in... looking to kill him.. not capture...

only usa top troop and spooks were involved...

then get rid of the body ... ASAP in the ocean!

only proof is what they say or tell us.. dna and all.. but again.. that is what they say.

i believe he is dead.... YEAH!!!!
but when did he die.. and how... is what I am wondering.
and who got the 25 million!!!!

DNA test was done I thought?

Last I checked It takes longer than a couple hours to do a DNA test

Conspiracy maybe? All I know is I have a topic for an article for my magazine......

This is watergate all over again

Infact I think I saw him working at the MCD's down the road yesterday.... heheh

1. I've read that the photos that have been released of his corpse ARE indeed fake. Apparently, the read photos are too gruesome to be released so the government (or media? who knows) released some fake photos.

2. I've read that there have been DNA tests from his brain matter, used against DNA from his sister that the USA had on hand.

3. I guess I always assumed he was already dead, due to his kidney trouble. I'm not 100% convinced things went down the way the news is saying it did. The immediate disposal of his body seems "fishy" to me as well, just because Saddam's body was paraded around for a bit. And you'd think they'd keep the body longer just to make ABSO-FRIGGIN-LUTELY they had the right guy. I know that he had several dopplegangers out there.

Again, this is just stuff that I've read. I'm not saying any of it is true.

I still find it weird that right after we killed him me made him shark bate:confused: sounds a little fishy to me(no pun intended or was it?:D) but still no DNA how do we not know it was a look-a-like?

Isn't it Islamic law that requires burial within 24 hours?

In such a case, that was simply being culturally respectful.

Which photos do you mean? There was one making the rounds shortly after it happened that apparently was a poor Photoshop job.

I'm not sure but I believe that to be correct..... but still if this all went down how they said it did that means that did it within a couple hours of his death....

And was that not a huge mistake? it was like a circus from what I remember

I recall that, too. I'm not saying that I believe that was the right thing to do in the slightest. I'm saying that there was a huge difference in the way both bodies were treated. I have no idea what it means.

uneducated people celebrating an attack on which they understandably see as the oppressor - not justifying it Jay, just understanding

Fair enough and I even agree to a point! If you want to say you understand them not knowing any better, that they have been mislead and misinformed, that it is not their fault? So be it!

It takes a reasonable, intelligent adult to make that distinction, correct??

But I was not talking about that, was I? Does it not also take a reasonable, intelligent adult to see that my comments were not in the context of a rebuttal to an Islamic extremist (who believes what you described above and was offended by Sunday's celebrations) but another American who does not see the distinction?

My point is simply that if we are being reasonable, Muslims celebrating the deaths of thousands of innocent, non combatant Americans in the streets is simply not the same as the celebrating on Sunday night.

Had they (Americans on Sunday) been out in the streets, celebrating the deaths of "every day" men, women and children who were just going to work then YES, of course they should have all been ashamed and I would be ashamed!

Bottom line, it just ain't an apples to apples comparison!! ;)

I don't buy it.... Even if he is dead he's now the equivilent of a middle-eastern Elvis... There will be sightings for years to come... For anybody that thinks this won't have a negative effect on the United States global politics, we shall wait and see... I just have a horibbly bad feeling about all this... He will be seen as a Martyr by pretty much every muslim extremiest sect...

I completely agree - totally different celebrations - its just for a lot of people it reinforces the much loathed by them America-**** Yeah stereotype

Osama was a bad man - his ideals would not bring good to anyone, I just don't think its right to be so celebratory

However I barely remember 9/11, and Ireland is not an international terrorist target, so what do I know

dang I wanted to put a flag image in my sig.... but they don't allow images :'( I wanted to show my support for the american people

yeah I saw the fake one and the image it was photoshoped from. it was CLEARLY photoshoped especially when you sit the two images side by side.

I do hope the WH releases the real images though
