Ota downgrade from 12b to 10i?

I just had a notification telling me to upgrade my system. I went through restoring my stock recovery and protecting root. Once it was done I went to see I was on 10i

What gives?

Were you rooted before the update?

My phone was rooted on 12b. Then I got the notification for an update. I got nother one a couple days ago and got the same result again, root and stuck on 10i. Its like my phone is refusing to upgrade or stay upgraded.
