Help OTA problem.

Finally decided I want to try 2.3.15 from Verizon. Unrooted and tried to download. Downloaded okay but installation was unsuccessful. Am I missing something? Do I need to wipe and start over?
 
I'd just try the file to the 2.2 ota that I showed you from 928droid. Keep me posted. :D
