Root Overclocking

Hi
I am on the backside rom and I was interested in Overclocking my device. After I adjust the mhz do I need to reboot my device? And what numbers should I start at?
Thanks

Set the min. to 480 MHz. You can leave it there.
Start with the max. at 768MHz. Bumb it up one setting at a time until it reboots your system. Then move it back down 2 settings. This is the best setting for performance and battery life for your phone.
Don't set the "run at boot" option until after you figure out where your sweet spot is at.

Opera mini has crashed many times since I did that. I lowered the max and it still occurred. Not sure if it's from the cpu. Also the phone has restarted but not all the way only be I to the lock screen

Could be where you have the Browser. Is it on the SD card? if it is move it to the system.
It could be you need to download a terminal emulator (always a handy thing to have) and type in:
su
fix_permissions

Hit the enter key after each line.
