If I'm not mistaken, one of your links referred to an iPhone catching fire. So IF this "problem" does exist, it's a smartphone issue not explicitly a HTC issue.
There's always an inherent risk in the daily use of electronic devices of any kind. Unfortunately, there are some individuals who are at greater risk than most.
It doesn't matter if it's an iPHONE or a Damn Moto Razr. The point is a phone like the Tbolt that gets this hot by normal use is a phone that I wouldn't be suprised at all if it went up in flames. Overheating is a problem. A phone that gets hot is more likely to have some freak thing happen than a phone that doesn't get hot. Any phone can burn, nothing is perfect. Making a phone that doesn't overheat for half of it's users should be a problem that is corrected by that company in the factory. It's playing with fire now isn't it. Oh HTC has so many issues right out of the box that so many are forced to accept.
you are right phones that don't even get hot at all can burst in flames, so a phone that is known to overheat alot you gotta be extra cautious right? Nothing has changed in this thread. I mentioned the phone overheating as the the thread starter, and later in the thread im talking about that overheating becoming something much more like a fire. So how am I changing it up? I'm within topic.
