Help Overheating phone

Had the phone for a couple of months now and it's been good as gold that is until the last month or so it's started to overheat the phone gets all juddery and the only way to cure it is restart the bloody thing... Any suggestions/ help gratefully received cos it's starting to erk me somewhat...

There are a number of things tht could be causing the problem, most of thm on the motherboard. It has to be brought into a repair shop to be diagnosed.

The overheating could also be caused by an errant app running out of control, which is why a restart offers a temporary fix.

Mine does this too. Especially when charging. Sometimes its too hot to hold. Not always mind, its very tempremental.
