Help Owner info on lockscreen?

I don't see anywhere to enter owner information in the DNA settings. I would like it to show up on my lock screen. Is the feature hidden somewhere or MIA? I thought that was available on my older Android phones from Verizon, and also on my Nexus 7 with Android OS 4.2.1. Cannot find it on the Verizon Droid DNA.

Oh wow so it isn't under Settings > Lockscreen > Owner Info....maybe the Sense UI doesn't have that feature...

Sense does not have this capability. I have seen someone recommend Widget Locker to overcome this.
