Root P3Droid Enabling 360 Degree Screen Rotation?

This build just keeps getting better by the day... Tomorrow, perhaps, we'll have the "make coffee" app?

Yes, there is a simple xml change for that too! You simply change "no coffee" to "coffee" and you have a fresh brewed cup in the morning! :D
It really is cool when the folks who pay attention to files figure out the simple things that make GB that much better.
 
I've isolated problems I'm having restoring and modding getting stuck at the boot animation to this p3 mod. Please be careful flashing it.

I almost wonder if you have something else going on there steven. since both versions are the same thing (just accomplished different ways) and its a built in function that moto decided to shut off (much like the CRT animation)
just thinking thats all

Could be. I did an sbf back to 340 and then rebuilt my system by flashing GB2, Bgo's deodexer, flashing data and then the other 270 degree mod. I think I may have had something going on there, indeed. So far it's working ok. However, I think that the system struggles a bit with the 270 mod. There may be a reason why they shut it off it in the Ginger Blur. I have a nandroid of pre-270, which I can always go back to if I get into trouble again.

which data are you flashing?
right now im running the same setup but I didnt flash any data files so Im just curious
FWIW I also have a fair amount of bloat and social stuff renammed and am overclocked to 1.15 (not sure if that would make up some of the difference were seeing here too)
I hope it works for you now though
 
I tried the RotateBlurHome-ZA.zip. It works great with the Blur launcher. Is there a way to do this with Golauncher? Blur is nice, but it seems a little limited. I really do like the rotation since my phone sits in the Moto desk dock most of the day.
