Root Partition and nand restores

I finally broke down and partitioned my card the other day so I could check out the Remics ROM. I put older nand backups back on my sd card and I am wondering if I restore them now on a partitioned card if I would have any problems since they weren't installed with a2sd.

The 2 backups I have at this moment are MikG 3.11 and Reloaded, do I need to do a fresh install of these now that I'm partitioned?

I think you will be o.k.
Need further verification, but I think you are good.:)

Edit: I think you would run into a problem if you backed up with a card partitioned, then for some reason, formatted the card with no partition, then restored.
