Root Partitioning the SD card

So, i have now tried to partition my SD card with clockwork recovery 2 different times, with each time resuling in a hangup while performing the partition. How do i do this since clockwork can't get it done?

You can do it on your PC. Make a backup of all your files (including the hidden ones) before as formatting to FAT32 will erase your SD

Why do you want to partition your SD card? This isn't needed anymore, you can move Apps to SD without partitioning now. Android does it by itself.
