Help Password not showing trace suddenly.

Today I've had my phone outside with me and randomly when I enter my password I don't see the green trace. Any ideas? I've already restarted the phone.
 
Yeah go to "Location and Security" in the Settings app and make sure the "Visible Password" option is enabled (Green Check mark).
 
This just happened to me too....If this is a setting issue, it's weird that many of my settings keep changing unexpectedly. I also have issues with the brightness setting changing without me asking it to.

there are three different settings for brightness...

1. menu.settings.display.brightness

2. menu.settings.display see the bottom power save selection

3. the browser has its own adjustment ..menu.settings.brightness while browser is open.
