Paying app question

My parents pay my bill, but i wanna download some apps without them getting charged. Is there a way for me to set up my credit card to get charged for the apps i download? Prob not

Yeah, I love how if you buy an app your credit/debit card is charged and not added to your Phone bill. My bill is high enough as it is, i'd go nuts if it went up by 100 bucks because I bought alot of apps.

(I know, either way i'd be paying the same for it, wheather on my phone or card lol)
