I have the same problem, but I guess this message "Failed to fetch URL https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/repository.xml, reason: HTTPS SSL error. You might want to force download through HTTP in the settings"

tbh I don't think that will fix the problem, but anyway remove the s from https and you can carry on from there. Let us know if it fixes.

If it doesnt fix it, i've moved this into its own thread, please then update this thread to let us know the full problem and we can try to solve it
