Help PC will NOT recognize my GN2

That's what I am hoping. This forum has been so helpful to me on more than one occasion I hope I can benefit somehow. I might want to make a note that the troubleshooting didn't actually find a solution for me, but I did it and I thought I'd include every detail of the fix

I always feel bad when people come in, have gone through every single troubleshooting step I can think of, and I get stumped with whatever else can be done.

And the details were perfect. I think I'm going to add this to the FAQ's, just to be sure your post doesn't get lost.

wonderful... I've been having this problem for ages... all different versions of beans I've used as well as my fresh windows 7 install... just uninstalled those drivers and BAM it worked perfectly.

I love this phone but NONE of my other phones ever had this kind of issue
