Help Personalize the dock.

Does anyone know how to change the options at the bottom of the home screen. I don't need a link to the Personalize settings.

If anything I would like to make it:
All Apps - Phone - Internet
 
I don't think there is a way to. Unless you get launcher pro or root. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
 
Launcher Pro or ADW Launcher. Basically, any program that replaces Sense UI. However, keep in mind that if you use one of these home replacements, you cannot use any Sense widgets.
 
I like Sense, but I really wish they'd let us change the buttons. I also have no need for the personalization button, especially since it's right there in the home screen menu.

I also don't like a cluttered home screen, but I have several apps that have to be easily accessible. I downloaded Simi Folder (free) and love it! It's a folder "widget" that's more customizable than the stock folders. It brings up a scrolling list of the apps you put in it, and they're all hidden away when you don't.
 
I think customizing the dock will be an option in Sense 3.0 which we should get whenever we get the gingerbread or ice cream update.

really? thats weird.... I use launcher pro on my droid X (dont have the thunderbolt yet) and can use either launcher pro widgets OR Blur widgets...
My brother has a thunderbolt and he uses launcher pro on it and im pretty sure he can use the sense widgets as well (I'll ask him once he wakes his lazy ass up)
Launcher Pro is just a home replacer, it shouldnt stop you from being able to add a certain widget to the screen... its not like a rom that removes sense

Just tried it. When running lp+ and selecting widgets the only widgets available to select are the stock android or downloaded widgets; the sense widgets aren't there
 
I agree, ECF - it shouldn't lock you out from using Sense widgets, but it does. So sad, I want my Sense clock. The other clocks in the market that look like the Sense clock don't quite work like the Sense clock.

It's a launcher, just like sense, blur and touchwiz are. A replacement launcher is replacing the sense launcher, so it wouldn't make sense, no pun intended, for sense widgets/features to be available on ANY launcher replacement other than a sense launcher.
 
wow... thats really weird... and sucks to be honest lol. I wonder why I can run blur widgets on my DX with lp but sense cant...
I planned on running lp and using atleast the sense clock, knowing I cant do that is disappointing to say the least...

That is strange. There are many replacement apps/widgets that resemble the one's sense has. For instance, Beautiful Widgets and Fancy Widgets have a "sense like" flip clock. Don't let the no sense apps deter you from a great launcher like LP

oh yeah I know. I had fancy widgets for a long time. it was.... eh... I'm actually using the miui beta one right now. I think it looks as good as sense but doesnt have all the same functionality (which is why its still beta lol) .
Maybe with a custom skin of sense I will be able to like how it looks lol.
