I noticed something recently after flashing a custom ROM. Initially I thought it may have been ROM related, but it's been noticed on stock FroYo on some phones.
When you bring up the stock "messages" application, you will notice there is a split second before "all messages" appears at the top of the screen.
Just before "All Messages" appears, there seems to be a white dot where the "g" and "e" of "Messages" is displayed. It's a tiny dot, and it occurs in a split second.
It's not a dead pixel, and appear on anything else - eg. Mail. Yet nobody seems to know why it's there on some phones and not on others. I can only assume it's something to do with it not loading properly.
