Menu>settings>applications>manage applications>select all tab
If you click on your market apps, if they're movable to SD there will be a button for "Move to SD." FYI, it's not advised to put some widgets that poll for data on your SD. I personally don't even use it. With the new sense once you log into google it downloads all your apps so it's not a necessity to move to SD, IMO.
