I use the no wallpaper option (black). Battery life is the most important thing to me on a phone.

on a oLED screen that would be correct logic.

on a LCD screen the pixels have to close to block the light, so an all black screen TECHNICALLY uses MORE battery.

thats if you really, REALLy wanna get nitpicky though.

my point is, your NOT saving battery, you might just be doing the opposite. the power draw would be most noticably less with an all white wallpaper.

in the grand scheme of things, the power saved by using a wallpaper that efficiently uses pixels is next to 0% compared to what you get just by keeping wifi and bluetooth off.

you might as well be rubbing mustard on your screen becuase it ionizes the electricity flow and optimizes battery capacity. (completely BS if theres anyone who believed it for a second)

Hey guys, I moved this to it's own thread in order to keep the wallpaper thread just people sharing wallpapers. :)

it all goes back to ancient chinese ideals of chi and soul. you must correct the conflicting demons inside the phone to settle its spirit and maximize entire potential.

i could get into the nitty gritty and the how and why but it involves a donor phone, like my old Motorola RAZR, and i don't want to disturb him, hes so peacefully sleeping dormant in my drawer with warm blankets of dust keeping him safe.

May it forever sleep in peace, passing it's hidden wisdom through the ages, to guide future devices relentlessly toward the recycle bin.
