phone being dumb

I've had my Samsung admire for 3 months and it's acting up. It's saying its charging when it's not. I don't know what to do. I try to charge it and it still won't charge.

Welcome! Have you considered that it may be your charger or battery? Can you take it back to your carrier and have them test it? It's still under warranty, right?

I really don't know. I called customer service and they told me that they been having complains about the phone but that they haven't recalled it. All they said was to go to the store and see what they can do for me. I got to wait till tomorrow but I need my phone to at least charge or something right now.

my girlfriend had the same problem with her samsung moment. sprint customer service said the same thing. she ended up buying a new phone so i ripped the moment apart and the solder connections on the charging port liiked like they were done by a child. they were so bad i couldnt fix it. i think samsung is just slacking on quality control

I think,
you must visit your carrier ( or the Samsung repair outlet ) and let them have a look at ur device ...
Also the phone being in warranty , you must get it repaired, for free...
