phone call from Verizon

I received a phone call today from Verizon.... checking in to see how i like my droid.. thanking me for being a good customer and if i had any questions. I was at work but thats what the voicemail said.

anyone else get calls like this? It was from an 800# so i dont think it was from my local store..

Yeah I got one similar to that.

But instead of asking me how I liked the droid, they asked for the bill payment and threatened to disconnect my service.

Overall a good call though.

I get a call every time I get a new phone.

Got a call from the guy who processed my purchase at the local VZW shop. First time. I usually only get calls from VZW when my contract's almost up. (Free new phones are always nice.)
