Help Phone crashes and makes buzzing noise

Normally this happens during a phone call.

Suddenly the call gets disconnected, there is a loud buzzing noise coming from my speaker and the phone is unresponsive. I need to remove the battery and switch it back on. Is this the commonly reported motherboard issue?

I have rooted and flashed a generic rom, so my orange warranty is wasted - it seems no one bothered to extract the orange rom from the phone (i dont blame them).

Any suggestions?

You can't extract the orange rom from the phone without being rooted and having s-off and that result would be a custom Rooted rom.
What is needed is an ruu leak
