Sadly, I'm already having trouble with my Triumph, and I bought it on amazon so I'm not sure if I can just have it replaced. My phone doesn't vibrate when I receive texts, yet when I set it on vibrate in the menu it vibrates so I know it's working. I read that I should install sound manager and set vibrate on in there, so I did and still nothing. Has anyone else had this problem?

Not a phone issue, just a setting or app issue. There are multiple vibrate settings for different apps. Try going into the default text app settings - notification - notification settings.
its in the texting app itself... open the messaging app, press the menu key, hit settings, scroll down, find "notification settings", hit vibrate, then choose "always" and it will work
