Root Phone just became SUPER slow....

So I have had my prevail over a year now with no real complaints. I have had it rooted for about 9 months with no issues. While I was in the gym today I picked up my phone and it was just SUPER fricken slow. I tried rebooting it and doing a battery pull with no success. I then thought it might be the Norton that was on the phone ( that was a full paid app ) even though I had it for about 6 months with no issues so I uninstalled it anyway with still no luck. I have an app killer and there aren't any apps really running in the background...

Why is it doing this!!!!!
