Root Phone keeps rebooting when accessing gallery or mms

okay so i rooted my phone and ALMOST every time i try to take a picture, or access my gallery, or view a picture someone sent me, it freezes and then reboots. i have min cpu frequency on 320 and max on 729. it was on 768, but i kept lowering it thinking it would fix the problem, but it hasn't. any advice?

haha ya know, you would think i should have tried that already, and no i haven't tried an alternate gallery. okay i just put the max cpu frequency back on 600 an rebooted. okay i guess that was the problem LOL thanks. ugh no overclocking for me then. *sigh*
