phone kickstand?

ever since i saw that thunderbolt design last year that has the kickstand, i thought it was brilliant. i became obsessed with phone kickstands. i watch lots of videos on my droidx and was wondering why every phone doesnt have a kickstand by now? sometimes i dont want to have to hold my phone to watch videos, slideshows and whathaveyou. does anyone sell any type of attachment for the droidx. if not, i may invent one.....
 
I think you guys are making a big mistake. I do mostly tax law and probate stuff occasionally. I got my law degree at night school.
 
I see no need for a kickstand. Why not just stack something under it? That's what I do, but be careful not to stack it too high. My last phone was killed by a Korean ceiling fan.
 
i saw one made by bang and olfusen. it would look great paried with my external B&W speakers that i got to match my McIntosh mono block amp and receiver.
 
I have the case with the kickstand. 2 problems with it.

1. The power port is on the left side, which is the direction you have to hold it if watching netflix or something else. Well, you can't have it plugged in then.

2. The kickstand also holds it vertical, but then it's really unstable and blowing on it will knock it over.

#1 is not a problem with the case it's a problem with the design of the device. That's why I use ES file explorer for watching movies on my sdcard, it can play the movies with the charge port up. Netflix however is a problem.
