Root Phone not receiving text messages

For about a week now, I have not received any text messages from my sister. I can send them no problem and she gets them from me, but when she reply's, I never receive the text message. She is also a VM user. I'm running MTDEV-CM7 build 2012-12-28. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Or is it a problem with the network?

The way I would test this is by making a nandroid backup, then flashing a known good ROM. No extras! If you get your messages you know it's a software issue. If not, you can presume it's a network issue.
