Yeah my Ally won't turn on, and no It is not bricked, I don't even get to see the whitescreen of doom. So should i send my ally in verizon?

Do you have it rooted? If its rooted do you have a custom rom? Overclocked? If its not modded then take it to verizon only if your warranty is still in.

Out of curiosity, have you tried a battery pull yet?

Discharge the capacitors.

Pull battery, press and hold power for 30+seconds, Re-insert battery, try powering on
